This industrial land is available for warehouse and logistics centers, situated in a prime urban logistics interconnection area next to the new junction of Route 78. This route connects with the Port of San Antonio and the extension of the Costanera Norte, linking it with Route 68. Route 68 connects with the Port of Valparaíso and the Santiago International Airport. The municipality of Maipú has approved a preliminary project for a 70,000m2 logistics center.
