We collect information from individuals and organizations through our website to provide specialized property options to our audience. Our goal is to manage requests for buying or selling real estate.

 

The lawful basis for processing your personal data is Article 4 of Law 19,628. This means that we process your data with your consent or when the law authorizes it. 

We share property data only with authorized buyers who are interested in the properties we manage. Unlike other sites, detailed property information is only accessible to our authorized buyers. 

We do not share your personal data with any third party unless we have a legal obligation or judicial authorization to do so.

Personal Data Processed and Purpose of processing. Technical data.

When you access and use the Platform, the servers that host it temporarily store technical data from your device. This data allows the Platform to display its contents properly. Modifications.

Any changes made to this Privacy Policy will be promptly communicated to the user. To continue using the Platform after the changes, the user must review and consent to the processing of personal data as described in the modified Privacy Policy.

By giving consent to the processing of personal data as described in this Privacy Policy, it is understood that the user has read and accepted all the terms and conditions established in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy agreement will be governed and interpreted according to the laws of Chile. Any disputes arising in connection with this contract will be submitted to the competent courts of Chile's jurisdiction.
